Korean Skin Booster Injection Price: What Decides It? Reviews, Methods and Recovery
A Korean skin booster injection price comes from the product, the cc, the number of sessions and any add-on injection. A course of Rejuran HB+ is four sessions 2–3 weeks apart, so one session's number isn't the total.

Why does one session's number tell you so little?
Trying to make sense of a Korean skin booster injection price when every quote you open seems to count something different?
Read this before you book a session or a flight.
You'll know what reviews get right and wrong, which methods you're really comparing, how much recovery to plan, and what moves the cost, so you can choose a plan that fits your skin and your budget.
Hello, I'm Dr. Won Woo Choi, Medical Director (M.D., Ph.D.) at WELLS Clinic in Seoul.
We've been in Apgujeong since 2008. Board-certified dermatologists consult and treat you here themselves, and we don't use sleep sedation where it isn't needed.
I wrote this because people often compare the number for one visit, when the product, the cc and the count of visits shape what they end up spending.
There is no single Korean skin booster injection price. For Rejuran HB+, we recommend four sessions at 2–3 week intervals, so one session's number is only part of a course.
If you're holding a quote you can't read, send one daylight photo of your cheeks and your travel dates on WhatsApp, and ask how many sessions would fit those dates.
Send a clear photo and your travel dates, and we will tell you what fits the time you have in Seoul.
Send a photo and your dates on WhatsAppA booster isn't a one-visit product in the way people often imagine it. Polynucleotide (PN), the salmon-derived ingredient in Rejuran, is used to improve the skin's internal environment over a course of treatment.
Now do the calendar. Four sessions at 2–3 week intervals run about six to nine weeks from the first injection to the last. A one-week holiday holds one session, and a two-week stay can hold two if the dates line up.
So the question that matters for your budget is how many visits you can really make. If you're still deciding on a product, our guide to choosing a Korean skin booster and planning your visits covers that side.
Skin booster methods: what you may be comparing
The word "booster" covers materials that do different jobs, so two quotes may not describe the same treatment. The first two rows below are on our menu. The last two are general notes, because they come up in the same searches.
| Option | What it is | Cost question to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Rejuran HB+ | Salmon-derived PN with hyaluronic acid and lidocaine | How many cc, and how many sessions? |
| Rejuran Tox | Rejuran HB+ 3 cc plus a skin smoothing injection 3 cc, in one session | Korean-made or US-original smoothing product? |
| Peptide injections | A loose label covering different products | What is the exact product name? |
Rejuran HB+ works on the deeper layer: regeneration, hydration and elasticity. In Rejuran Tox, the smoothing injection adds a very small dose across the surface for fine lines and pores. You choose between a Korean-made product and a US-original one, and that choice changes the cost. Our page on the Rejuran skin booster and who it suits goes further into the product.
You may also see PDRN on a quote. PN and PDRN are related DNA-derived ingredients, and a review in Pharmaceutics compares them in detail, so ask which one is in the syringe. For anything labeled only as a peptide injection, I'd want the product name and its approval status before thinking about cost.
What sets a Korean skin booster injection price for your case?
Five things move the number, roughly in this order:
- Product. PN alone, PN combined with a smoothing injection, or a different material altogether.
- Amount. The cc used, which relates to the area being treated.
- Sessions. One visit on a short trip or the four we recommend for Rejuran HB+.
- Comfort. Rejuran HB+ already contains lidocaine. Ask whether any added numbing or Air NOX, our awake sedation system, would apply to you and whether it's charged separately.
- Your days in Korea. Return flights and hotel nights for later sessions belong in your total, even though no clinic quote will show them.
Our listed prices exclude VAT and are confirmed at consultation, so check that on any figure you compare. If you're pricing another injectable on the same trip, the same logic applies in our note on what sets fat dissolving injections cost.
To get a figure for your own skin, ask on WhatsApp what it would cost for your case, and name the area and the number of sessions you can make.
Say you have six days in Seoul
Say you're 29, with dry cheeks, fine lines under the eyes and pores you notice in photos. You have six days in Seoul and no second trip planned this year. Four sessions of Rejuran HB+ can't fit, and I wouldn't pretend one session equals a course.
Here's how I'd reason. One visit means I'd want each area worked on in that single session, which is the logic behind pairing PN with a smoothing injection in Rejuran Tox. If your main concern is dryness and you could come back in a few months, spacing out plain HB+ visits may suit you better. Those are different budgets, and neither is wrong.
If you already have a quote from anywhere, send the product name and cc written on it, with the one line you can't work out.

What do skin booster reviews get right and wrong?
Review threads repeat three claims, and they deserve different answers.
"It stings." Largely true, since these are multiple small injections. Lidocaine in the Rejuran HB+ formula cut post-injection pain by an average of 53% on the VAS scale compared with Rejuran Healer. That means less, and you may still feel it.
"One session gave me glass skin." The evidence doesn't back this up as a typical experience. The review linked above reports reduced wrinkles and better texture and elasticity, though only some results reached statistical significance, and its authors ask readers to treat the findings with caution because the studies were small and of low to moderate quality.
"The bumps mean it went wrong." Usually not. Small raised spots at injection points are common right after a booster and tend to settle within days. A bump that grows, hurts more each day or turns red and hot is a different matter, and that needs a doctor.
How much recovery should you plan before a flight?
Plan for a few visible days. If your trip allows, book the session early and keep your last days free of anything you'd need camera-ready skin for.
Risks and side effects to know
Common reactions are soreness, swelling, itching, bruising and redness at the injection sites, usually gone within about a week. Any injection can also carry a risk of infection or a lasting lump.
In general, wait or skip it if any of these apply:
- Infection or inflammation at the treatment site
- A recent laser or peel in the same area
- Current isotretinoin use
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Allergy to salmon or fish products, or to lidocaine or another ingredient
If spreading redness, increasing pain, pus or fever appears after you fly home, see a doctor there promptly and tell them what was injected. The CDC's medical tourism guidance advises confirming before you travel that follow-up care is available at home, and asking for copies of your records before you leave. Keep the product name and amount with you. Responses differ from person to person, so your dermatologist weighs all this against your own skin.
Who injects you at WELLS, and when we're open
A board-certified dermatologist consults with you and performs the treatment. We're on the 8th floor at 842 Nonhyeon-ro, a 5-minute walk from Apgujeong Station (Line 3) Exit 3. Hours are Monday to Friday 10:00–20:00 and Saturday 10:00–17:00, with lunch 13:00–14:00, closed Sundays and holidays. If you land on a Saturday night, Monday is your first day.
One photo is enough to start, and you can ask before booking anything. Message us on WhatsApp with it and one question: how many sessions make sense for me, and what would that cost? When you come, one of our dermatologists examines your skin and recommends the treatment that fits it.

Is a Korean skin booster injection price quoted per session or per course?
It varies, so ask directly. Also ask how many cc it covers and whether VAT is included. Our listed prices exclude VAT and are confirmed at consultation.
Is the Juvelook skin booster the same thing as Rejuran?
They're different materials, so compare them by goal and session count.
Are peptide injections for skin the same as PN boosters?
No. Peptide is a broad label and PN is a specific DNA-derived ingredient. Ask for the exact product name and its approval status, because the label alone tells you little about what's being injected.
Can I have just one session on a short trip?
You can ask, and it's worth knowing what that means: we recommend four sessions of Rejuran HB+ at 2–3 week intervals, so one session is the start of a course and not the whole of it.
Which smoothing product should I choose for Rejuran Tox?
Both options are genuine products, one Korean-made and one US-original, and your dermatologist decides the dose. The choice changes the cost, so tell us your preference when you ask for a figure.
Results and recovery vary by individual. Every treatment carries possible side effects, which are explained at the consultation. Prices are in Korean won, excluding 10% VAT, and confirmed at your consultation. This article is general information from the clinic, not a diagnosis.
