Pico toning delivers strong peak power in a very short pulse, breaking abnormal pigment into finer particles with less heat to surrounding skin. It treats melasma, age spots (lentigo), nevus of Ota and ABNOM.

Dr. Won Woo Choi presented a five-session analysis of combined pico laser melasma treatment at the Korean Dermatological Association meeting, showing results more than 40% faster than conventional toning — about 5–7 picosecond laser sessions compared with 10 conventional laser-toning sessions.
